IEEE Madhya Pradesh Section EDS Chapter is developed by a group of enthusiastic and young researchers of Madhya Pradesh with a diverse background in electrical and electronic engineering, nanotechnology, material science and physics. The main objective of the EDS Chapter is to enhance the interest and passion of the young professionals in the modernization of electron devices and nanotechnology, a fast-growing research field with wide applications in almost all aspects of human life. The EDS Chapter aims to facilitate its student members by enhancing their active participation and incorporating them within the global network of semiconductor devices and nanotechnology community consisting of academicians, researchers, scientists and engineers of different institutions and organizations from all over the world. This chapter also aims for providing a global platform to participate to discuss and collaborate with the professional working in the semiconductor device domains. It also aims to reach out to pre-university and graduate students and garner their budding interest in semiconductor device technologies and its aligned research area. The EDS Chapter actively organizes invited talks, hands-on workshops on various circuit design and simulation tools like TCAD software, COMSOL Multiphysics, Matlab Simulink, and Proteus and various programming languages used in advanced device modelling like Python, Verilog, and Matlab etc. The activities also cover various emerging technologies, conducts distinguished lectures, seminars, short-term courses and many other events.
