We invite authors to submit high-quality contributions describing significant, original, and unpublished results in the following categories:
Technical papers: Technical papers should describe innovative research in the above and related topics. They should describe a novel contribution to the theme of the conference and should carefully support claims of novelty with citations to the relevant literature. Technical papers are evaluated on the basis of originality, soundness, relevance, importance of contribution, strength of validation, quality of presentation and appropriate comparison to related work. Where a submission builds upon previous work of the author(s), the novelty of the new contribution must be clearly described with respect to the previous work. Technical papers need to clearly discuss how the results are validated (formal proofs, controlled experiments, case studies, simulations, etc).
New ideas papers: New ideas papers describe new approaches / challenges in the theme of the conference that depart from standard practice that can lead to the development of new technologies or approaches, or apply to other fields in science and engineering. New ideas papers will primarily be assessed based on their level of originality and potential for impact on the field in terms of promoting fresh thinking. Hence, inadequacies in the state-of-the-art and the pertinence, correctness, and impact of the idea/vision must be described clearly. This category papers are expected to provide a detailed, convincing research road map towards the realization of its vision.
Who can submit the papers: The goal of this conference is to fill the gap between foundational research and their applications to domestic and commercial needs and benefits. We invite authors from academia, research organization, and industry to submit original contributions reporting on the innovative application to industry and government The paper should discuss why the solution of the problem is innovative, effective, or efficient and what likely practical impact it has or will have; it should provide a concise explanation of the approach, techniques, and methodologies employed.
The purpose of a conference template is to provide a consistent format for papers appearing in the conference proceedings. IEEE strongly encourages use of the conference manuscript templates provided below.
IEEE conference templates contain guidance text for composing and formatting conference papers. Please ensure that all guidance text is removed from your conference paper prior to submission to the conference.
